Mental Health support, For Everyone

The teenage years are becoming increasingly difficult on adolenct mental health. That alone deserves more attention than it is getting.

Youth with scoliosis may face increased difficulty in school, sports and social connections which can result in lower general mental health.

With advocacy, education and support I beleive that everyone can be supported and change can be made to insight change in theh global significance of mental health.

The face behind the blog

My Journey

I was diagnosed with scoliosis when i was 12 years old, and got spinal fusion surgury when i was 17 (2019) I remain incredibly grateful for my experience, so I am striving to educate, support and empower others that are facing a situation similar in some ways, to my individual journey in hopes that others will be empowered with information to be proactive during watch and wait periods and be educated and up to date on you or your loved ones care.

Since then I have been diganosed with a generalized anxiety disorder and ADHD. Both of these dignosis’s were made after 2021.
